It's a daily Talk Show Episode 380 what's happening guys what's going on? Happy Monday. It is well, I'm a bit fucking burnt out to be honest. And attending the start of the week. This is when you should be, you know, chipper should just be up in about looking forward to smashing through the week. But now, the gronk squad is a bit fucking flat I think. Yeah, after a big weekend. Well, I was just saying you're a bit either bit like yeah, I when I get really tired, and I mean, I've done like benders on the weekend and not slept for a long time and felt better than I have today. Last night, what we did was, it was June 31. No, sorry, July 31. June 30. June 13 30 days have September 30 leading into July one because let's be honest, there's a few announcements happening today. Yeah. And so, what? what happened yesterday? Well, first of all, we were also filming on Sunday yet at the Melbourne Ruby it what an event Ruby. Ruby. Is Ruby French for something do
1:11
your Ruby is French? I'm not 100% sure what it means but I can revise the rice
1:17
the famous rice across the French France countryside on cobblestones. Okay, so I don't know if I don't know what Ruby means. I mean, before I thought it was just the stones but their cobblestone. Mr. Nice. Video nice city. Okay, so really city in northern France. Yeah. Okay, there we go. Sort of like border border. It's got like the ending? Yeah. Anyway, but so we'll finish filming that. But the main priority for me over the weekend was to fulfil this promise. fulfil the promise that was made last November? I think it was. And the due date has been getting pushback. And June 30 was the day that we were going to smash out the last bit for a hopeful delivery of the Seth Godin handwritten book by July one. Yeah. Welcome to July one boys. Yeah. But the what was interesting was I made the I think it was about a month and a half ago that I said, July one, putting it in the calendar was in the financial year that made it feel nice. Like, you know, a lot of us like to set goals and with a start date, January one now it's what I think was because
2:40
this is what I had in my head. Yeah, July one.
2:44
Multi camera switching. Yeah. Okay. New new motion graphics intro. Yeah, the moon in full rotation that the web, the new website launched.
2:56
And here we are, Mr. 97. married.
3:01
dreaming big, apparently. But everything. The thing is that we put the thing that I've learned is you put in a date yet. And then whilst you might not meet the day, and that's not me saying that I hadn't met the day. But it's sort of propels you. Yeah. From a motivational point of view. I know what you mean. So there's a few things we will find out on today's episode of The Daily talk show has Josh completed, the Seth Godin This is marketing book and written. And we will also find out today, what three day deals announcement is. So that's where I was. I was going to mention when I said about this, July one, a lot of things happening. Three day deal started what could only be described as a campaign leading up to one of the greatest marketing campaigns for the announcement. I should be writing this is marketing.
3:59
Oh my God, he's getting ready parking space in it.
4:03
But the No, but we did spend I think around from 6pm until midnight last night. You sort of created a great spread of chocolate like was the chocolate Oh, so thing that wasn't a stitch up? Was it that was just you being supportive? No, I was just being supportive. And I regret it. I mean, I was being supportive. But I also it's taken the wind out of me. Yeah, I slept in the car downstairs for an hour this morning. And I can't sleep in cars. Usually I can actually sleep in Costco. Yeah, look, I mean, I don't really go in a cause that matches the passenger on long trips. I'm sure I could sleep in the car as a kid. But I'm usually driving. But I mean, just like it's uncomfortable. It's like, you know, it's just it's not a it's not a flat position. Yeah. Well, I ended up leaving the office at about 1230 last night yet. What time do you get to bed? ended up probably one o'clock. Yeah. Was Bry up? No. Bry was asleep. Yeah. Should stayed up and watch the log ease. Tom Gleason was very funny. Yeah. So that's, that's quite a light finish. Yeah. And so I am. But I hadn't finished at the time. Do you know what percentage I was up to the time that we wrapped up? Was it 37% to
5:23
42%? Okay, 48, you finished, you left at 42% 42% of
5:27
the book complaints by 1230. And so we basically made the decision, we just need to get this off my plight, an aeroplane. And so the decision was made to delegate all of my jobs, and you guys have smashed it. I spent from 8am this morning. Until 2:30pm. It's currently 4pm. Yeah. So 2:30pm was writing to a good student. And so the the question will be, which will answer very soon? The book? How's it looking? and all that sort of thing? Well, maybe. Or maybe it's completed. First of all, we have a couple of video messages, you put a call out, was it like a week ago, this is lovely. I just want to see some faces of the gronk squad. And so we can familiarise ourselves with the gronk squad and some I saw I said, Look, just sending little video. What's up gronk squad it's blah, blah, blah. And just a nice little message. And we'll send you some stickers. what it was, it was really based around the stickers, we got the rainbow stickers that cost about 50 cents apiece, you've a protected you could put them in the back of the car. But that's not just you can put them on the back of the laptop like we've done here. Right. And so we've received a couple of messages. So I thought let's start off by playing the couple of messages we get I over the weekend. And then I think we need to go to three day deals announcement really.
7:08
Here we go. I'm just let's just play pays.
7:10
What's up gronk squad guys absolutely love the show.
7:15
Just hanging out for three day deals announcement. Seriously. And love the bands. I love the chat. And just find it super entertaining every day. My name is Leah, I should say and I'm actually lucky enough to be coming in to sit in with you guys on Wednesday. So I thought okay, my video because if I get there and haven't done my video, then the guys gonna be like Lyft you game. So lifting my game. And I cannot wait to meet you all on Wednesday. Thanks, guys.
7:46
I mean, polite saying that would say 50 game, I'd say you're not coming in.
7:51
He's also played a great game, which was she may have heard a previous episode where someone was sitting in and they came mid show because we forgot. There might be an element of a little bit of prompting going on here. She's doing a lot. Hi, guys. I'm coming to the show. So I'll be honest, the odd occasion we we have a couch that people can come in and watch us record the show, especially if you're like, in like wanting to do a podcast or in the industry or stuff like that. It's just I know that it was a big thing in radio when I was working like it Dr. There was you know, it was sort of a big deal going in. It's like, I don't need it. Like we've got a lovely, it's just I'm just glad that it's not today or tomorrow because I think would still be bit flat Wednesday, Eric, and we'll be back at it. Yeah. Well, this is I guess, I will say though, that part of the problem I'm discovering is it's easy to look forward and like to look at to the future and say, oh, by then it's all going to be good. Yeah. And that's exactly what happened with the book. I was like, the first of July and that's sci fi why I can do that. There is something very dangerous dress. Very, very dangerous in long term. Sort of like committing to something that's far away. It's what got me as a kid all the time. It's like people who you invite you to things far out far enough out that you're like oh, that's no big deal. It's going to be fine. It doesn't if it's within a week, you get to sort of playing that anxiety when you like actually don't want to go anyway so so thank you later we've got we've got another one here. This one is from Tiffany
9:29
Hey gronk squid. Thought I would put epic gronk me I'm coming at you live from jungle Bali side on my island hard. Just wanted to send you guys a huge things because after a hectic, Handmaid's Tale episode last night I listened to Friday night's episode. 11:06
few things on a Handmaid's Tale. Have you watched that one? No, no, i but i think i think me watches it too. And she has the same effect. It rattles pay why watch anything that it's like a black hole doc Mira. Mira. Yeah. Which conscious Yeah.
11:23
Rosie. So, a little update from how I'm extremely hot fried chicken that I ended up getting fried, roulette. Fried chicken roulette. Saturday morning.
11:36
I got picked up at 630 years ago and do the speed. speed. It was it was a great response. But I bet for my 30th birthday, I was in charge of doing Why would I because I offered he said to me, I want to do this as it might you get a higher get that you do that. I'll be there. I'll be there at 630 I am. And I'll do it all for you. Because it's not it's not easy for my birthday. But I do it for any of you. You got Okay, it's hard. And that's my way of showing my love. Anyway. I'm sitting there. I've got Sam Harris in my is. It's 6:05am and I'm meditating. And five minutes into the meditation. My eyes open. Oh, shit. I had to cut my meditation short to run to the bathroom. Really? You couldn't continue the meditation, the toilet. And it was still in my ears because it was in my head. I had a fall dog. And I had to have an emergency.
12:44
Could you imagine fat Friday's belly belly style.
12:48
my guts were on fire. It's sort of a It feels like a bit of a detox doesn't it feels like a purge.
12:59
It was
13:00
how it went in the spices?
13:04
Was it really? It just I don't know. But for the rest of the day, my guts felt like that would just tingling with you know like if your lips actually go get rain. From spots? You tell me it feels like I have this I feel especially from the writing. Just submitting flamed at the moment. Like, I just feel so it's it was I was literally having to lie down to write yesterday. It's a seven tree guy you've entered into. But I think there's definitely what if looking back? Yeah. If I was to say now the I'm either gonna walk a million steps in a month, which you've committed to and you did, which I did. I got injured. Last year. I think he was it last year, the year before. It was before the daily talk show wasn't is the year before 2017 in in August, I set out to do a million steps in a month, which is about 33,000 steps in a day. Which is great if you don't have a job. The thing is I was waking up early. I was getting like getting up at five by putting you did it. And you know, I didn't sure she goes to fucking do nothing about stretching Dude, I was because I thought it was my foot was gonna fall off. But I'd had such taught tops, I might have three days I need over 100,000 steps before it'll have like I did it. It's great days of meeting the 33,000 steps. I think the goal is to be I think that's like that, you know, like I'm gonna run a marathon in one month's time. It's like, I think it's, you can map out goals. It's kind of like this Seth Godin one. But I think what do you reckon? Is it time? I think it is. Thank you, Tiffany for sending that message from Bali. We could definitely do a potato head. Like that's where I met Amy and I That's what I thought. Oh my god, it's it's our wedding anniversary tomorrow. Really? What do you really nothing at this moment? My still taught, still taught. Maybe we could you could piggyback off three details announcement.
15:19
It's good. So I've got a camera on 3d deal right now. I'm so glad one hundreds getting some use. By the way. I have sent some nerves in the office. I mean, 3d deal keeps a pretty fucking cool, calm composure about him. Yeah, he's a man. He's a
15:37
fucking book, you know, think that there's definitely I'm definitely sensing it now to starting. Yeah, I love deconstructing people's vibes. And my heart's going. I'm excited. I might your heart hasn't been elevated since you first. Where is the Where's everyone's anxiety sitting right now? Starting with Mr. 97. Where's your anxiety sitting with this whole announcement for a three day deal? I don't know if there's anxiety. I think it's just more excitement. Okay. Yeah. No, that's that's really? Yeah. What about you, TJ? I'm just excited. Like, I feel I'm the only one that I know. I know. Like I this is probably close to my heart right you can feel my heart. It's it's really baby. Can you feel that subtle baby because I fit I mean, I guess part of it is like for instance you had paid a shepherd come in to support me last night Yeah. Thanks paid and I panicked in the moment and to sound like and so that I actually blind part of my speed issues yesterday. speed. Yes. I was slow yesterday. I think the my the issue was with the fact that I was hosting. It felt like I was hosting Pete here as well. So I was trying to talk to him and say if ma would you like an m&m? No, I brush my teeth. Anyway. Don't know what the point was. It's time it's time to find out what three day deals announcement has been he prepped he he teased this maybe four weeks ago that just very quickly. That's what I'm worried about. I don't know. So deal with being completely honest. Yeah. If it's a very personal announcement that's exciting for you and not for for us.
17:26
I'm going to find a hard
17:31
thing anxious that it went live to live up to expect Yeah, I'm actually it's not that I'm anxious that I'm not going to give you what you want. I can right now my reaction. So if it's anything to do with I've paid off my student loans don't fucking bother. Yeah, what this all came about, from what my son and I were convinced was a night on the booze and he got a bit confident and he was on the daily talk shows in sir can flown out a few inches two storeys. Talking about his announcement. Next day, we knocked out of his sails cut his finger nearly off. Yeah. And so the announcement kind of got pushed aside, but it was still there. He's still live with it, though. The thing that will never know. And only three day deal will will know is whether the announcement has changed over the last Yeah, cuz I would feel if I'd come up with an announcement. And it was a secret yet. I reckon the whole time. I'd be screaming potentially better announced. Time. Okay, so no, it's okay. All right. stay the same. What also stay the same was he's promotional material that he that he took photos of right. Watch them. He batch them? He fixed the typo. Yeah. But he but he so he did a typo. And he's first one. But then he batch the whole bunch of photos. I noticed. I mean, it's it's not my style.
18:52
All right, sort of. My mind is complete. Mine is ready. Okay. That's the difference in
18:58
the fact that it's ready. may sign I'm going to write the book was an announcement. True, true. So they could be a bunch of work. This is literally, I didn't, I just said the announcement. Think about if we just look at how good I am for sex, never said I've got some big news to share. He said I've got an announcement, which could be big news to share. In a three day deal. Yeah, it's July one. It is indeed. 2019. It's for 17 Pm here in Melbourne, Australia. What is your announcement?
19:37
Well, first off, happy Canada Day to people listening in Canada. Thank you. You're welcome. And also, it was my parents 23rd wedding anniversary on June 29. So you mentioning the anniversary thing? Yeah, I mean, that caught me on to it. So yeah. Props to my parents, because they're part of the reason that I'm here
19:58
doing NLP. I'd also
20:02
I'd also like to thank my my producer and know this, this all started I actually, I unintentionally teased this way back in March when we FaceTime for the first time on episode 307. What do you say?
20:18
And I said, Well, that's going to be the announcement I think, isn't it? No. Okay,
20:22
you gotta let me finish. Okay. So it was all in the conversation we were having you guys were talking about like, what do you want to do when you get down here? What What do you want to learn, etc, etc. And I had this idea of like, I want to make some kind of a short film, or like 20 to 30 minute process video of how I came from being this college student to now moving to Australia for four months. And that kind of the vision of that kind of died for me. As in when you arrived
20:55
here. Oh, no.
20:57
He's feeding
20:58
me fellow. But uh, no, it just the video aspect of it didn't feel the right way for me to tell that storey. So if we go back to June 13 12 hours before I cut my thumb off, and I made those Instagram storeys
21:15
Yeah. What were the Instagram storeys are you to remember he was walking through those are one of the parks. After going to
21:25
say that was the day after is when you cut? Yeah, yeah.
21:28
Literally 12 hours later.
21:30
Okay. And that's an excuse for why the announcements happening on me spewing Oh, no, no,
21:35
I'm building it up a bit. Okay. And Queen gronk you were you you were lying in bed, Josh. And you saw my Instagram posts. Right. And you posted a cute little smug mug shot of yourself saying in bed wondering what 3d Dale is going to announce. Yeah, remember that? Was me
21:59
maybe you know I did a response to you.
22:03
Yeah.
22:05
something quite chilling about
22:10
my son's body language is
22:15
missing I seven look at the door.
22:18
Okay, Queen gronk Gemma watts at 10:13pm almost a full 12 hours before actually cut my thumb off, messages you and says maybe he's written a book.dot.to, which you replied with some weird, stupid emoji. If he's beaten me to the punch dot dot dot. And I don't remember what happened after that, because I screenshot at it because I was like, wow, the post has been up for 13 minutes. Yeah, and Gemma got it right, right off the bat. So I took my idea to do a short form process video of how it came from being this college student living in a basement to living in Australia. And actually wrote a book about it in a month and a half. And I would also like to point out that I wrote half of it. I wrote about 25,000 words. With a fucked up thumb.
23:19
What are you doing? You're doing this
23:20
in the evenings, I do it in the evenings. In, in my space.
23:24
Let me read between the lines you're releasing in a book
23:28
I'm releasing, it's going to be an E book, a physical book and an audio book. So on august first, August 2, sorry, because that's a Friday. August 2, he print and audio book will be available on Amazon. And about two weeks after that date, it will be available on iTunes. And near the end of August. What the it's called, it's called I'm still figuring it out. That's it I met that's that's the name of it. The best part is, is that it's all original. I didn't have to copy it off of any
24:07
Can we say some form of proof of 35,000 Can Can we turn
24:13
back Mason actually drove me to Office works to pick up the manuscript and didn't even realise my
24:19
son doesn't drive. Oh, but he did know who
24:24
was driving.
24:29
You gotta be kidding me. He's actually
24:34
it's very heavy. Cannot. This is Oh, look at that. He's even gone through and done.
24:39
So I'm in the process of editing it right now. How does one head with my left?
24:47
Josh finding is phenomenal.
24:50
Everything you could have done.
24:53
He's stolen. Your announcement
24:56
is taken I'm so impressed.
25:00
Maybe you've told your your college tutors that you were unable to get the you meant to be working on something else for school in sa was an essay.
25:10
Yeah, it's like a 10 page essay. It's about 140 at the moment.
25:19
Do we get it mentioned? You will? What we haven't yet joined me to
25:23
know I don't know you guys.
25:25
Don't me to do my radio random. Don't write him right. I think it should be in your voice. Yeah, I can talk
25:35
voiceover work.
25:38
So you've got to look at the YouTube video because it's the thickness. I mean, you're using double spacing
25:45
as you should with a printed man. Yeah.
25:51
I know. I know.
25:56
Yes. I just right, right. Right, them you can right. I can't go away. Right. You can rewrite mine. Okay, here we go. I'm still just I'm trying to find one of my favourite parts about it. So
26:10
how did you walk and like, how did you plan what you're going to write?
26:15
I wrote it down. Like, this second day I was here.
26:22
Oh, yeah, that's right. The the yellow pads? Yeah,
26:25
yeah, that's what you've been using.
26:28
Man, just with a meticulous plan. Yep. How is this? How is this going on? Amazon? Can you just can anyone just uploads
26:35
Amazon self publishing? So I'm doing it indie publishing, because I want to remind you
26:39
may have
26:42
picked it up yet.
26:44
Not yet.
26:47
Wiley, man.
26:50
This is crying.
26:53
All right. So can you radius radius a bit in your voice? I've had voice please. Yeah. All right.
27:00
When I was a kid, I used to say I wanted to be an engineer, a scientist or a journalist. Just because the words were easy, and they were there. I still don't think about what I'm going to do with the rest of my life.
27:13
It's It is so good.
27:16
It explains the Instagram captions as well.
27:20
It's got a certain flow to it. It's it's quite inspiration. Okay,
27:24
tomorrow will come eventually. I'll figure it out when it gets here. What I focus on instead is what I love doing. comes up. That's all we get for now.
27:33
What are you gonna do for for a cover? I've already designed it heavy.
27:39
It'll go up on the storey later tonight.
27:41
It's not here the facts, but it is it. It is impressive. It is very impressive.
27:49
Let's pop that in.
27:51
And the title was once again. Just
27:54
I'm still figuring it out. I'm still figuring out
27:56
like that. And what's what's the title is your book. Josh, I'm still writing it.
28:03
So with deals announcements, I appreciate that he works into for just including with the announcement once they print physical book is ready to go because it does take time to be processed and formatted. I will be giving away 10 copies
of we'll figure it out when those 10 people yeah, right in your email and or whatever. We'll figure that out. But
28:33
what's it quite first I laugh then, yeah.
28:39
First I doubt you.
28:44
I'm pretty sure Dylan came up with the
28:48
ladies very impressive. We like taking the piece of each other here. And I think it's it requires that there is a there's a certain element that you've
28:59
that you take me to the
29:03
ignore you then they laugh you and then they fight you then you win. Okay, so we're at the laughing stage. Punch on next
29:13
week on the Instagram account, you're going to post to the
29:17
Yeah, but also jet Gemma has to get her own free coffee. Okay, guys, she guessed it within 13 minutes. And even though
29:24
I'm sorry. I like that. And so at that point, had you written any of the book?
29:29
Yeah, it was basically I'll like it was halfway done. Oh, really. And then I fucked up my thumb. Because I was a great chapter 12 which adversity which made from strawberries, it was super slow going, who's? Who's your audience? My audience. I wrote it down. So I could remember because I didn't know how nervous I would get. I wrote the book that I would have wanted to read three years ago. So whether it's you're feeling like you haven't figured out your life, yet, you don't know what you want to do. You're, you feel like you're being pushed towards the college route. As I kind of felt like I was Yeah. Or if you're like, you're feeling lost, per se, and you don't know where to go. Or if you are doing your own thing, like Machiavelli says, create your own path. And if you are creating your own path, and you're like, is this is this what I'm supposed to be doing? Is this where I'm supposed to be going?
30:29
So I'm just I'm just gaming a book signing or something? Definitely should be some fun.
30:36
Just logistics wise, do we know where we're like? printing? Just curate like the print on demand service? Okay, yeah. My mom's got she, she's got a book and you can buy a bunch yourself and then sell them but you can buy them through the website. There's like a bunch of those ghost publishers somewhere. And so they they just print them when when you order.
31:00
It's mo Yeah, just seeing all you so high. I like the control of editing at all.
31:07
I want to have the final version is somebody to go a lot of money, actually. Now Fuck it. Maybe
31:14
put it out, you know, Tommy too long. Alright, alright. Alright. So I mean, that's a great announced. It's amazing. It's amazing, because he's also done our branding. He's also done a lot of other things for our business. I mean, I think that's the interesting thing is the amount put the volume in your work is extremely impressive. I mean, I mean, I will have a conversation. She's directly impacted by your decision and your promise. Because I got home and she was out last night. She couldn't get to sleep without my being there. And so what i'm saying i think fastest like, she's used to those promises for me, but I think it is we have to be careful about the promises we make in this space, because they directly impact the people around. So keep that in mind with any further promises that you make. But can we complete the back end of your explanation? Can we close the loop on the Seth Godin book for yourself? We can close the loop
32:23
with me. So what I'll show you now is what I've done.
32:30
And then I'll tell you what's next. Okay. Okay, here we go. I'm just going to my bag.
32:41
So I'm just pulling out the
32:45
the book that we're I've been writing. Okay, on the front cover says 400,400 pages. Yeah, so I'm just going to hand that to you. Okay. I've done it. Again.
32:56
Looks very the same size as Dylan's like we always do. He's keeping mind he's double spicing. All right, now also take that, which is the guess I got stuff going on here. And then this is the this is marketing. Okay. So what I want you to do so flick through the book. Okay. Let's see. Does it feel significant? Well, it feels I mean, out of the 400 pages, ignore the 400 pages. Yeah, it's fairly significant. But give it to anyone else. You don't know what significant is it? I mean, give it to the guy over here.
33:39
For to give it to Mr. Nice
33:46
to have any here. All right.
33:50
He's looking for support through Mr. 97.
33:55
double double sided Hmm. No, that's that's a pretty solid, it I would say almost 200 pages. The half the book is done. Yes. Okay, so where are we up to give us an update percentage wise as of July 120 19. So before I announce that,
34:17
the finance I what I will say what I will say is that
34:22
we joked last night. We said Hahaha, it's it's it's a little bit. It's a bit hard, harder than I thought. Yes. We knew that. And then we came up with this game that I didn't say July one, in what country? And so the British stick that I was going to do was I was going to say it's based on New York time, because that's where Seth Godin is based? Yeah. Hudson on Hastings. Hastings on Hudson to me now Siri? is in New York City. You can Okay. What time is it in New York City? That won't give you the time to aim
34:58
in New York, New York, the United States.
35:00
So 2:30am on July one. Okay. And so I think, boy he worked out was the end of July one for New York City has 2pm tomorrow. Is that a time?
35:21
I'm sick of making promises I can't keep. Right. Let's make that clear. Yeah, yeah. So what I've done is I put together what I'm calling a plan. Yeah. To see this through. On the weekend, it is weekend Banta it's the first time that we're going to seven days a week. It seems like a great opportunity to on Saturdays episode to have it completely done. What that means from if this is the tax office or anything like that. You need to sort of communicate what your plan is how you gonna pay this tax bill. Yeah. How you gonna pass out the way that I am dealing with this book debt for hours and evening? Because I just can't hit weekend. Today, for instance. Yeah, you didn't have me today? Yeah, I spent the whole day at home writing. I didn't stop. I had one almond croissant. Did you away from break? Bread got up from that dark place across the road? Oh, yeah. Yeah.
36:25
Yeah. It was delicious.
36:28
And so distracting? Yes. And so what I think the four hours a day means that in four days, that will be 16 hours. Within 16 hours. I shoot I will be able to make a deal.
36:45
Yeah, hit my thumb.
36:47
Right in the middle of my mouth. Trying to take away from it for the second.
36:54
Okay, surprise.
36:59
Get another book done, regardless.
37:01
And so anyway, so on Saturday, yeah, that will be the final cut off. Yeah. It will be completely done. It means that we can be responsible get all of our client work done. What does everyone think? So I think it should be celebrate when I was thinking about all of this. I was like, because Bry said to me, I'm really proud of you. And I want to make sure that the tone is it that of support and appreciation of how much effort I put into this and not the feeling the doing it currently completing. Yes. Don't confuse those two. That's exactly I have not done it. Okay. So what's your learning through this whole thing? Man, I'm tired. The promises don't mean anything. That I've got trust issues. Literally, we set out to go on to the Mars. I'm taking a break on. We didn't make it. No, I don't don't think that you've got to the moon. Where's the moon? What is the moon? If I had my learning calendar up, I would be able to tell you but anyway none of this is in you feel about it. I'm tired. I don't want to talk about anymore. If you're planning on actually Saturday or Sunday, that's not happening because I gotta celebrate my anniversary we're doing we're doing weekend banter.
38:31
We're gonna do wake up band may do pre record weekend band. Yes, I'm saying so we get a job before
38:37
going to record weekend bands out on Friday. So you have to have that but having it done like I said the way to cut through that 15 minute monologue. Josh is now pushed out the completion date to Friday, which you hear if he's done or not. And if we're and if we, if we go silent and never talk about it again, it didn't. It didn't add up. But that's actually not happening in all serious. But I think if you don't complain to buy this weekend, it is a cut off and everyone has to decide this is this can actually never be spoken about. Again. It's too embarrassing for the daily talk show. Legacy. We want to clearly say that I am committed to it. The amount of money. I see a pair of tracksuit pants. I'm in tracksuit pants because I didn't think about getting dressed today you're wearing parachute ones which are a bit noisy. Yeah, yeah. I mean, what's what do you think Mr. 97 of all this? I'm just wondering why I stayed up late last night. Yeah.
39:37
Was a good bonding experience. We also worked on a website about the website. It's great. Nearly there. The website is coming, guys. Yeah, that's actually happening. Yeah.
39:50
I mean, the thing is that you can say that you're rattled. But you can also say with the book, I've gone through like four fucking pens. How many times have you worked on a project where you see the life and death of a pin and made zero dollars? Really, that was that quite common? Anyway, we need to, we need to get this business back on the tracks and on track. So I need you to can complete this. We're not going to mention it for the rest of the week. Until until Saturday, the episode I'm not even gonna ask you to try and go in and ask him how it's going. Just let you let you just do your thing. Yeah. Because to be honest, what it actually rewrites, and it's such a simple mythology is pathology ship methodology. Sorry, way you show up every single day. And if you had fucking done three pages, six months ago, per day, today, you could have written four books. The reality is, you've been a lazy can't.
41:00
As I said, I really realised the gravitas of what
41:05
I'm Todd.
41:07
I think it's all it's all positive. We've got a lot that a lot happening in July. So let's get this out of the way. Yeah, we got the website stuff. I reckon the web. I'm not gonna put a date on the website, but it is very close to being you know what this team needs to do? We need to and I No, no, no. It's not about team building. It's about rebuilding trust with the gronk squad. Yeah, I honestly think we need to, and it's why I refer why refrain from making promises that I can't fail.
41:44
Yeah, but it's also how you keep trust within the people because you just set things that you can hear your but but then it becomes like, hey, man doing I'm doing a Hangout on set. Oh. I think
42:00
actually think you've learned a lesson from promise making in this scenario, because you were like, man, I thought I made any promises that I want. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I think you're sort of i'm not i'm not burned though. Because like the promises were not there yet. So doing a concert, Rick, reconcile the promises? Have you got the Doc 97 of promises that you created? Maybe four months ago? Yeah. Give me which I think we hold it for weekend panda.
42:28
I need to go home. Because I'm tired. He's a podcaster How long's this episode going? 42 Yeah, exactly. This has been some
