It's the daily Talk Show Episode 360 Km j live from the radio studio, where it all began for me and Shannon were at it was called Star of him. When I was here, it's now hit 96.9
0:20
How good is it? So what did you have to say when you were on a call sign on it's
0:25
it's Tommy and candy on Star FM.
0:28
I can fuck I forgotten. I used to have it. So this is not the same studio is what I had. This is the same studio is in just the same space but lately different. So now where I'm sitting is where you would control what goes out? Yeah. But I used to sit where you were sitting Josh
0:47
I thought you were on the panel was on that
0:50
panel. It was flipped around. Now. This is like a standing desk. Yeah, there's a new panel. So they talked about doing a Renaud when I was here, but I think they had been talking about it for 10 Knees and toes always like, Who's going to get it? Who's going to be here while you get the rent out? And it's
1:06
not me. You've managed to make it work though. But this is in 360 a year. Which we
1:13
we don't know what it's going to look okay, we can gauge what it's going to look like but we hope we're having it's going to work to say that
1:19
well because we're heading off to Layton in New South Wales to do some filming for another project and and so it's a little bit low on the priority list. Yeah, this in regards to making sure the 360s working Daniel that sort of share so
1:35
it like we kind of rush to get everything set up. We've got three cameras going we using some microphones of the stations, thank you. And we've got our own but like that, I felt a similar stress bit of pressure every day like when would come in. I just remember feeling just like really that's like nervous to start with like you're gonna remember when I came to ship it I hadn't done any radio like zero radio. I done a day where we got together at the radio station in Melbourne with a bunch of other people and we will do like mock up breaks but I had no idea of what the panel Did you know how to use the panel not at all I didn't panel for the first bit candy did and so I had no clue. I was just like, but I didn't remember, I haven't done much in my life. Since that has pushed me so much like that the what it felt like to go live out on the radio. Like that. Like Think about it. It's like if we did it now I think we our hearts would be racing. I don't think it doesn't like what we do now. podcasting doesn't have anything to that I think when we introduced livestreaming will have a bit of that. I think there will be slight nerves but we're so comfortable around each other. Like you know, you ate a whole packet of lollies around you might like that's how comfortable you
3:00
Alright, we're going to tell you we've done a bit of a troll
3:03
on you. So we we all left at about 1:30pm Melvin and I've got the lowly packet here. We bought we went to the supermarket and mean the boys are like, Let's buy a jumbo sized packet of lollies and we all made a pact that we wouldn't eat one of them.
3:23
Like we I
3:26
know based on you not fucking trolling me about allowances like you know what? It's so nice that he's allowing me just to a chip food drive. So did you really not have
3:38
any? No we tended like
3:43
rustling around two hours and you can assumed a 520 gram packet of natural confectionery lollies
3:53
the equivalent of 2000 calories.
4:00
Did you have any idea? Now I saw like deal was I saw a deal laughing at me when I had four and my math at one so that's fine.
4:10
Just read you the text messages that I sent
4:13
to deal to get
4:14
nice and why will guy I said I said don't draw attention to Josh eating. Hahaha.
4:23
And then I sent one to my son, which was perfect cuz I was worried that my son was gonna throw out the packet.
4:27
Were you surprised at how? Because the funny thing is I gave it to him. I don't want any more.
4:35
To put it back. I just finished.
4:37
So I right tonight. And can you work out how many calories Josh had for the show. also put the empty bag in your pocket.
4:44
That's so funny.
4:46
How many days of sugar you had? I can guess.
4:50
If it's a I'm guessing 400 300 grams times 100 by five.
4:54
So let's just round it up. I've 50 grams per hundred.
4:58
So it's half so had about 270 grams of sugar. It's a lot of sugar.
5:03
But what's that for three bananas.
5:08
I've seen
5:10
a shift in your demeanor after we arrived. Like I mean, why I feel like you've just you've gone you've gone down healed in terms of like, energy,
5:21
energy. I have no energy. I have absolutely no idea. I want to go. I want to go to a room and go to sleep. Yeah, my tummy hurts. What did you guys think of the road trip so far? It's been good. Yeah.
5:36
It's what do you think is shaping it?
5:39
It's pretty quite small. So it's,
5:40
it's we're recording this on a Sunday? Because it's probably the only time we could get into the studio. Plus we've never filmed on 360. So it might not work. Exactly. And we needed at least 24 hours to be able to get this episode out. But we're here on a Sunday and it's really like at super quiet. Like people go hard on Saturday night, going out to restaurants and shit. But then come Sunday. It's just like, I just remember feeling like a ghost town. Yeah,
6:07
I mean, you went into a pub. And you knew the people there. Yeah,
6:11
the
6:12
pub. Do you count as a pub? Yeah,
6:14
that's the tournament is hotel sick. I really like it. It's what I never stepped foot in when I was here. It was an old rundown like red carpet you know like rate like be Stein shitty. I'm just
6:27
thinking about the it's rattled. Yeah, I'm thinking about that. There was one thing like it because I did I brought my own hi Tiger chocolate. I was like why is he giving me my high target chocolate? Yeah, my He must be wanting to set he's wanting to save it. And so because I said Carson Hey Tiger chocolate he's like oh, he we've got something else will you give me the tiger so I I can't believe I the whole thing. Are you annoyed at us? Did you turn the camera?
6:57
on I'm not annoyed. I'm just glad you let me do it.
7:03
Everyone wins.
7:06
And then feel sick. My tummy hurts does it? Yeah, well I don't want you
7:10
it backfires on us if you just shoot yourself in the car.
7:14
Definitely want to shoot myself because
7:16
we've been another three hour drive afternoons which is it's a favorite drop.
7:19
Well you were saying that we could have Sundays after this.
7:24
I'm still keen on that. Yeah, cuz my bellies Okay, I'm ready lot of sugar
7:28
but the thing is that it feels and maybe this is what got me into trouble in the first place. Yeah growing up but it's like how much worse could be what so I'm sort of like have had the natural confectionery had the whole bag in the body really tell between four and 5000 calories like at this point it's like well
7:48
Well yeah, this is a good point. It's like a half half when do you start going backwards? Yeah,
7:55
what's it's also like shocking the systems It was definitely a shocking the system day. Yeah, I know. You guys have already pointed out like the five to thing am I going to do it while in
8:07
a while I know they did. I didn't think it was too too much heaven father. Jumbo size.
8:12
One thing I noticed we set up and it's great what we've done in our studios. These studios just aren't designed for visuals not got this big stick in your head. Yeah,
8:23
this is I mean this is Yeah, so the microphone is coming from the ceiling. And there's two like fallback speakers. This is like a six setup there's TVs they was their TV there's one TV
8:34
the thing you could take from it is what I like about this one eyebrows is the
8:40
sound breaks or whatever it may neighbor and walk what I was saying a proof but then I realized I fucked up but a lock sounds like you shot it in June. Yeah, feels like it's sucked out.
8:52
So I love that I also from a geeky point of view. They're using a company called tell us for their phone system. And when I was in Vegas for in a bay I went and spoke to tell us and they were expensive. It's thousands of dollars for fines. We don't even need like DC we
9:09
don't need font size time. And he laughed like that was so all that land line that you would just kind of you'd hope it would be working and like these are real these look like big tech tall. 123 like, How long has the lines? cried? Fuck it. So so much
9:26
so many memories. So we'll Damien will be Yeah. Lovely bloke works in marketing here. He does all digital content and stuff like that. But he
9:35
was what I said so I might have butchered what he does.
9:38
He's the CEO he was the CD the content director. Yeah. When you worked here. Yeah. So every
9:44
day we do the show after would go and sit in his office and we would talk to him about what I
9:52
do say, Sydney sound like said Sydney's office by going to his office. Okay, sorry.
9:57
What was he some wheels? Was he's on a name because he did some audio stuff as well. Yeah.
10:05
I can't remember the reason why I called him Kaka. Why Kaka Kaka Marcus. What What is that? What's his name? nasi cocking aka Yeah, Melbourne. A guy from Australia. He didn't know he was quite big at the time and I just started calling around Kaka Kaka Marcus ever called the cat nickname at Princess Takenaka sorry
10:24
oh so we we I think we showed up maybe on our Instagram
10:28
the live yet we we saw the cat and you were like was that he when you hear the fucking can just arrived like when I was here? It was What do you feel abandoned ran away it was like a stray cat and just rocked up in the in the Gulf side feeding it and then everyone who went out for sees out in the balcony would like put a bit a cat fade and it just stays and now it lives under underneath us you wonder what it does on weekends. becomes down to the terminus hotel has a few pints Yeah. And it gets a bit
11:01
fucked up. So
11:05
we'll be was talking about the fact that Britain his favorite moment was when Briggs came in and took
11:13
a break because it was a Briggs is a rapper from grew up in shepherded there's like an oj he's got lots of family here and and what's he like he was he had some albums out signed to the hilltop hoods record label. So he was doing he was a mover and shaker but since then he's totally blown up like
11:38
what he was a definitely a ship liberty.
11:40
Oh, yeah, he was a ship liberty. I said so he he came in we did this rap battle against him. I should we should put it on the Instagram. Yeah, we can cut it up. It's on it will do an Instagram Live Instagram TV. I think
11:53
we're really thinking about our stuff becomes content. What about Throwback Thursday? We? Yeah, give it give us 97 time to sort it out. Yeah,
12:03
right. So so we did like a rap battle. Where we fucked up what we called something which all the locals were furious on. What was it? I think you know, I think it was how how you spell ship is a double p or one P and so obviously it's a contentious issue. You really show your cards if you spell it wrong. kind of remember how think it's one pay. We spell it to pays because it's ship you how you spell ship it and it's stupid. Anyway, hey, we sort of, you know, organized it for him to burst in. While we're doing the show on a bit of theatrics. He came these centuries pajamas. He was wearing a big fucking What do you call it like a robe? Yeah. Like he had moccasins on and a robe and he just rocked in. He pulled in. And he parked over like the employee of the mountain. They used to be like a managers cast but it was parked on the angle. The the boss of the business got here and was I facts this car. Yeah. And he's in here. And so we we we challenged him to a rap battle. And And so anyway, we did it in the video. There's a video up, and it's cringe worthy, but he's wrong. He's rap. He's really funny. He's rapping Ronnie is rapping was funny, because he made fun of me being a personal trainer and a stripper. And he made funny made funny.
13:28
Funny, funny. Funny. He were rhyming and he made a funny I
13:34
made a funny about candy made funny about his name. He's just like, it's classic rap battles is anything he can find on you use on it. You're saying that you were Employee of the Month one. I got it. Like you should at least get at once. You
13:49
should get a bit of a joke. Well, Jerry like setting up a sign. Yeah, at the car park. It says that feels like it's getting into the office territory. Yeah. In the city office. Yeah,
14:02
it's it's an old school thing. And the way that he did the voting was they would go around, give you a piece of paper and you just write down the name. Sounds like brown marble. You put it into a, you know, ice cream container, and then that would pick it out. So
14:23
student of the weeks? Yeah.
14:24
How did you win that? What was the actual teacher like me? Yeah. Okay, so you needed to be liked by your colleagues. So you would never win here.
14:33
I've recognized you'd be. You'd be
14:36
because I'm a people pleaser. Yeah. It's not like I use the kitchen like the I'm not going to pick it cleaning my cutlery. But we've worked out the solution to that in
14:47
where we are now. The window behind like that. It's a classic look, there's three cops on the window seal is exactly what happened. Like we would we would stack these up and have I'm running along and it'd be like, people would fucking hate it. But it was asked God. So you could do it really came in here?
15:06
Really? So was the breakfast? Was the Breakfast Show? The only know.
15:11
So Breakfast Show. And then Mars was his name? Chris, he came into the music shift. And so there was like, I tried to keep it tight as possible. But, you know, you end up just being a bit of a pig. Do you?
15:26
Do you have fond memories? Do you think of the radio? Yeah,
15:30
hundred percent, hundred percent. I think by the time I'd finished, I'd run my course here. But and I and I just remember, it's not a job that you can do if you're not really enjoying it. And the team is not, you know, amazing. Like, think about how much we put in how much effort we put in. We like each other. Yeah. And we've known each other for a while and we are choosing to be we're not getting paid. So it's more of an incentive in terms of having a good relationship while we're doing the thing. Whereas we weren't getting much money. Which is just what what happens in regional radio, the team. By the time Stacy and I like Stacy came on after candy. And I was like already thinking, I'm going to head off. I had my my girlfriend at the time, Amy, who's now my wife at this time.
16:21
No, but I had
16:22
my wife,
16:24
Karen, what I was thinking about my future with her. Yeah. And so you said to me on the way happy you like, Oh, I reckon we could like I would like, what do you say to me if you put everything into it and thought, yeah, I'm going to be the
16:39
Yeah, I was thinking like, I wonder if you were to go all in? Yeah, I wonder how many people who work in regional radio stations, whether it's the the just the jumping, like the stepping stone to a bigger thing, versus saying, I'm going to make this the most epic thing ever. And you just be out on the town all the time. Just making so much noise? Yeah, yeah,
17:03
I think you get here. And you're very excited. sided. excitable. And, and I had that in my mind. But what I worked out is you dealing with somebody else to that has their what they were wanting to do in their career and what they want to get up to. And so unless you both like, on the same path, like unless Hamish and Andy, if you think about them, to that came into it together and like, let's do this together. Where is you going? When you hear if I like I might be able to get there. Like you think this is a great team. So really,
17:40
it's it's individuals working together. Exactly,
17:42
exactly. And so because, okay, well, if I got offered a job in Brisbane tomorrow on a drive show, and that would happen all the time would be there, I would leave this Joe, which it's like, that's plan but like you are having options, right? You're leaving your options open. Whereas if you if you and I do that, like this is the option let's make the most of it.
18:04
Well, we've had Gandhi on the show who's talked about that with his co hosts going off and doing different things. It's interesting. What would be the if you were to do a break right now? That was in the style of the show, you'd have to touch looking at the panel don't touch I know you said don't touch upon touch.
18:25
Wilson don't touch the panel and I almost
18:27
touch them. So if you were to do a bit of a break Yeah, how long does it have to go for? Let's just do one style. I'll be the Stacey or candy and deliver something Yeah, that would be okay so we'll play out the music tank my
18:46
own town road content to do to do
18:55
what would you do?
18:56
What am I bring the energy okay? What's the name of this place? He
19:00
didn't do your old Why don't we secondly How was ok and coming out of the song and get
19:08
it star fam Tommy and Josh quarter past nine heading for top of 32 today around the JV So Josh I am night my brother and I were working on the weekend. Yeah, we'll installing some lights in the in the new studio. And like sort of being on on site, your constant like you're talking you there's lots of banter happening.
19:31
I could imagine that with you.
19:32
You know, like I've worked with my dad quite a bit. And he's a my dad's a landscape. But so when I was young, I'd had an apprenticeship with him. And it was just an excuse to get out of school. But he did give me a job and so I had spent some time on site. And you when you're on a building site,
19:48
which you've never been I did it once what for one more filming a bit.
19:54
So you weren't there to actually do that. Yes, you weren't you weren't on the terms. You were video camera.
20:01
I've never done any sort of shopping I've never had a bliss I've definitely had a show.
20:08
Going off script.
20:10
I've gone a bit less go back into writing.
20:12
So anyway, you find like there is these sayings that people
20:17
were actually just saying all the time. What was the worst? Did you ever get picked up from saying whining or something on man I get
20:23
so far in the studio to the right to one fact I never seen it this is like it's so nice to be able to say what I'm really thinking. No but so when you're on site like my dad has a bunch of saying which my brother my brother's might who works for my old man has picked up on and now my dad probably this is this is this is revealing to him How? How long it's
20:49
going to last
20:50
feels like a long time. Right?
20:52
But you've gone in and out. You've brought up the swearing I know you've talked about time now to get to the punch line.
21:00
Did you guys felt that it was pretty for Friday
21:04
night this nice 32nd breaks other than coming out of a song into another song and you just saying what's up guys with a
21:11
bow? was I doing a bad job for you and
21:13
supporting me? I was
21:15
cutting in and out.
21:16
This is where diamond will be would come in and say well, well well guys. Like I've had no no no. Like I've had explosive meetings in here. I remember there was it was candy. And I was hated. Is Hayden Damien was there to push a pile of
21:31
papers. No, no, I didn't cuz you got in trouble what you said she got in trouble for printing too terrible for printing can't print too much.
21:38
Don't factor print. you're counting down for us? Yeah,
21:40
you know what I mean? Just news.com de you.
21:43
Anyway, anyway, we articles and join me finish the break because Oh, yeah. So my dad, my dad has a sayings.
21:51
And and when you pick up on them when you start like it wasn't me who worked it out? It was my brother and he's mad. They said one of them's he was says neither here nor there.
22:02
I'll think about it is another one. And
22:05
I think about that is a good one especially given quote. So you know you think okay, well.
22:12
I'll think about it. Neither here nor there. The other one that my brother said he's used a lot. What are these? And so you were there? Yeah, funnily enough. You were on side when we were installing these lights and and said to us, what is it specifically when you tying something down? Yeah. So is this from a radio point of view? Yeah,
22:30
it's I've sort of started to take over the break by doing the panel
22:33
I can bring, I can bring you a like to do. I'm trying, you can do it. So my brother said to us.
22:41
So what he said was he was talking about when you're tying thing up is up. And the one thing that you know, that certain when any bloke is tying something up? Yes. This isn't going anywhere. Yeah. This was nobody says it's almost part and parcel.
23:00
When you tie a knot, blog say, this is not going anywhere. Yeah, it's like, you're saying it to yourself. As you go. You really got that it's not going anyway.
23:11
So I think 1016 would you would you tell
23:15
them that, you know, do you work on side?
23:18
What are the signs on your website? Yeah, 13 1060
23:23
or whatever? 1310? 1613 1060s
23:26
at the fox? Yeah. Yeah.
23:27
Do you have a 94584
23:33
out there then guys and would say, yeah, call us. What's your what's the what's the signing on site? Yeah. What's the sign on sites? Pretty good. I mean, we've workshopped I've just come up off the back of my off the top of my head. That's right, an idea for a finer, but I think it's probably reliable. It's I think the guys could probably what are some of the things that we're going to call it we've got Mason from
23:57
Mason, how I am nice.
24:00
Oh, that's really good. Cold in You sound like we've
24:07
got a nice dn line and these are real strong connection. Amazing.
24:10
Amazing. So nice. What's the saying on your site? standby. Standby.
24:20
Good one standby. So when wins wins it said typically when Josh is trying to pull something up standby guys stand by I
24:28
don't know who Josh is. But it sounds funny. Yeah.
24:31
Alright, we're going to Chiera with some of the best vanilla slices out of one bunch of awards rapidly. Lovely capital that on the to cheer bakery. Where with Dylan, what I do Hello, hi. Yeah.
24:46
When What? What are the lines that are saying? Yes, it's typically a phrase that said early in the morning and it's a it typically it's come from the lower level of the office that were stationed in and yeah, this bloke always gets in early in the mornings and later than me, because I'm always I'm an early riser, but he always comes in and yells What's up?
25:15
Did you
25:17
just smile and wave?
25:21
Did you How many times did you have to press the Dumbo? He's a thing we never knew sit down button worked or not?
25:27
So surely you'd be able to just run a test?
25:31
That is not he's not a fan like
25:34
we were recording cool Really? Well, because our phone system like would get the coal so the song record them and then sort of chop it up?
25:42
would you use the box pro? This was
25:45
maybe can't remember those anyway, we just have like a little bank and would come back and would say you know it's styrofoam Tommy and Josh so yeah, some sayings on the site would reset. Say, you know, we're looking for what's the saying on your so I Mason from Urbana, high night. And then you press play and then would tie back. Yeah. But then when Stacy and I we started going live on everything, which it gets loose like you can get. We had this one woman should just call to sign lovely. But you could just hear 17 kids in the background. But you just shell your fanny. I just remember voice. And she just she just give us a story. Every day. She was great.
26:26
Give us real real fan would it go through to our producer first.
26:31
It was just so this is the thing it'd be you and I in here in the morning. No one else is not producing here.
26:37
And so you'd be taking the calls
26:39
while doing the
26:39
paneling. I'd be doing everything. So would you ever go? So say was Sandy is an example. Yeah. Would you say have Sandy's number on the like, save? So you knew that she was sort of a safe call to put straight through?
26:54
Not do there's not you pointed to the computer screens, there's no digital component to the phone call? It was was fine line on the desk. Press it on. Put up the fader press the physical phone line three. And I'll just come out That's
27:09
ridiculous. So when Stacy and you were doing the show? Yeah. Would you actually ever put calls straight to where you're saying? Like, during the during the music? would you go? Hey, what's the story? would you go? Yeah,
27:24
some of them. Some of them. We would like in the middle of the coal break. And it's a bit of, you know, I likely have a coin. So we're seeing this flashing light and we've had one good coal. And we're like, all right, and yeah. Hey,
27:38
who's this? Would you ever do a bit of a Hey, who's that? I it's I'm stealing.
27:47
Mr. 97 went to Southern Cross. Osteria was nice enough. Yeah. Leon sugar and we've had on the show. I'll just say this is why don't burn bridges. Because you
27:55
can do shit like that. Yeah,
27:56
sorry. I'm burn bridges. Leon sugar and is the executive producer at faith faith. Evan Byron. It's number one. It's like a number one Breakfast Show in Melbourne. Yeah. And so you got to see them produce. How did you sit? If you were to explain that to people what they do in a metro market, how does it work? It's pretty full on like they've got they've got a bunch of producers. So there was Leon and two other producers sitting there.
28:21
And they were pretty much on phones the whole time. Just taking up callers and sort of like working working stories and trying to find the best sort of color for content. That's great. Yeah,
28:32
so exciting. Yeah, like there is a it's a rush. What we do is pretty low level. Relax this. There's no like, I think that the reality of being live to the whole of Melbourne adds to it like it will be live but it's still want to feel like radio that there is something maybe one day something really cool about what like if I think we have a huge fucking audience like, what about Joe Rogan? Think about it? He can't think because he's going live to 200 300,000 people, and then it will reach 500 million or something fucking he's podcaster he is 500 million a month was bad. You can't do you're hitting thinking about that.
29:12
I've got a bit of already Fox. Yeah, man. It's it's cold you
29:20
a dinosaur Wally. Are you Did you think I was gonna finish it all on that?
29:25
Well, I got a bit nervous because there was about three left. And then I was like, how can I get him to
29:31
just let it just put it out there to the universe.
29:37
You guys surprised? I thought it would last at least maybe four hours. And so I
29:47
was impressed. And the annoying thing is I had to cut it with corn chips. Bit of cyber. Cyber. Oh, that's a nice weekend and the funny thing is I was trolling nice on a bad he's shooting No. Sugar Daddy,
30:01
what's the code now Mr. Sugar, sugar, sugar, sugar. Sugar. I'd love to do a blood sugar test with you right now. Let's see where you're at. Yeah.
30:14
I mean be be treat wise enjoy a balanced diet. They even
30:19
advertise little packet.
30:20
She's 4% of your daily daily intake.
30:25
What can you turn it around? What I think is disturbing. Turn it around. So I can say the front. So you have you have two options as a family makes them as the party mix. Yeah. And so I've gone the party mix, which is jumbo size, so it's not even designed for this is for multiple families. Dude, we went the biggest packet possible. Yeah. I'm not proud of it. But go to YouTube and watch this in 360. Yeah, this is
30:53
this is cool. We looked at the footage before we started.
30:57
It was working such a cool perspective. Move around. You can move around the whole thing I showed you that earlier. Yeah, yeah, you can move around. Yeah, I love this. I mean, we've probably overstayed our welcome But
31:08
what have you learned from this by smiling?
31:12
I just like the sound like the sound looks sick. Yeah, yeah, look, yeah, I mean, a lock I caught the airlock for me is the where the producers seat okay. Yeah, yeah, outside the studio.
31:24
Studio. Sorry. I didn't know that. So I mean, this is soundproofed like it's got all the acoustic treatment and shit. I think I think there is something to be said though. Like, even for me now not having had something that is made me feel the wind doing this may feel Maybe Mr. 97 feels like that every Tommy has
31:50
something more regular, like the locker just remember
31:51
the feeling. And it's something like I'm wonder if you lose that, like, when was last time you felt that? Just feeling like I'm totally out of my depth? It's like, I just have to just protect like it's a it's a way laughing.
32:07
No, it's just as you think of environment where I was totally out of my mind.
32:12
I think it's internally you need to know the feeling yourself. like think about probably when you first aid inverter when you work there years ago, you felt felt like I'm out of my comfort zone. Honestly, I don't know half the people here.
32:26
Let me think like I just didn't have enough going definitely like going to a party will do that for me. Yeah, I guess I went to someone I'm like, I only know the person who's potty it is huge reward in doing that.
32:43
But Korea was like seek it out and do it if you can running. Yeah,
32:50
that I'm going I'm going for a walk tonight. Because it's my it's my I can't miss today doing exercise with me. Yeah,
32:56
but there was also you set the end of you remember that? She said
33:01
exercise does not include walking in your own go an hour is the minimum. So that was the rule. It can't be a walk but if it is it's an hour, so it's annoying because it's so long. That's why it's gonna be fucking light walk so
33:16
I'll just do a 20 minute heat session. Yeah.
33:22
I thought you just had a sugar blackout. Yeah, I don't feel too good. Daily talk show. Be It's June. Big month. Lots of shit happening. July one a lot of stuff is happening too. Yeah.
33:34

33:45

33:51
the joke was a piece in the bottom I'm gonna go have a snoop around the studio to film it. Talk Show will say tomorrow guys, you guys.
34:01
