It's a daily Talk Show Episode 290 x edging closer to the 300. Mark.
0:10
You sound like Derek do I the very Bry the I you
0:13
know, you know why? It's because I put the headphones on. I'm now riding my vocal riding what's coming through? Because I could hear that I was breathing to it riding as instead of like riding the wave of a cow my voice sounds I think it's what you do when you've got headphones. That's what I do
0:30
it like what are we going to do for Episode 300?
0:33
Well, it's a public holiday in Australia. Another one in Melbourne. Labour Day Labour Day. Yeah, not sure to do something fun. Yeah,
0:42
I can't think of anything. Not right now.
0:46
I but I will say Josh you know how you've got. I think a lot of people do social anxiety around going to the gym, based on potential interactions that you might have.
0:57
I think part of it is because you're so bullish
1:04
viewing by yourself
1:05
direction I'd be I'd be more comfortable in the cardio because I know how those things work. So anything around the weights, because it says always move your weights, put your put your weights back and then so we use some white? Yeah, so should we move the whites back
1:20
like not those sorts of whites depend some machines This is left on others dumbbells you gonna put away there's a bunch of rules, but which I've gathered along the way, but I mean, like, even met, develop tells a story about an awkward interaction that happens, Jim. So the point is, it's nothing about the whites and stuff. It's the human interaction that you can have. So if you went to by yourself, and I kind of haven't ever like I've been going to the gym long enough that I've kind of sort of awkward things happen, but I don't really notice them as much but one happened last night. A sort of a sort of penis in the bathroom that I was blown away by. Why would you Why? Cuz it was ginormous. And it just the dude was sharing with the door open like, close the nose and hide that animal. Yeah.
2:08
Hey, news. Yeah,
2:10
the fucking Anaconda get away, bro. Anyway, I went so I finished my shower. I was like it let me walk to my locker.
2:20
Right so if you were saying him, which did you have your shower door? Oh, I was leaving the shower. Yeah,
2:26
it was I forgot my card that opens my locker in the shower. So I had to go back in. And he's still there. And
2:32
he thought that you were doing a whole like leaving your wallet behind. So yet one last look.
2:36
I mean, the gym that I go to the franchise that I go to. It's super super.
2:45
There's a lot of game in that. Yeah. high chance she's going on. I use fitness first Gaya than other gyms.
2:52
I think there's, I think there's probably James with a higher amount of gay people. But fitness first does attract that type. I don't know this. Maybe
3:00
it's like, I think virgin active is probably the same. It's just like, a little bit Bling, bling. Yeah, it's sort of that community that looks after themselves. Definitely. Yeah.
3:10
There is a massive amount of men that go to the gym, and the one and sit like Kings Cross there's a fitness first. And it's intimidating at times. Like, like I've been, like you fully get, it's almost like, I've had moments where I'm in the China trip. And I legitimately thought this person must have known me or I'm like we knew each other. Because the eye contact that these gaming give you just, and they smile, and they're waiting for a reaction. And I'm just like, I don't know what's happening here. Anyway, so I'm walking I'm it's not like I'm not confident at these jeans based around that. I didn't care. I've been around jeans long enough. I'm not gay. So I'm not exactly where it is. I walk up to my locker, and I was in my town. And I press the buzzer. Like it just unlocks the locker and there was this young kid he would have been. I thought he would have been like 15 or 16 next to me. And so I kind of looked at him and he's door was open to his locker and I I just noticed a magazine. There was a chick on the front. I didn't even look what magazine it was. And I looked at him and then he says to me, it's not a woman's day magazine. It's not
4:20
just laughed.
4:22
It was awkward and unusual. But I just like what? Why does I just went so internal Is that why is this kid thought that I thought he was looking at a woman's day? Well, the biggest thing I'm trying to work here is what does this got to do with Anaconda dick now the Anaconda addict is
4:40
coming
4:43
97 Are you waiting for the connection is
4:45
the I'm now talking about the 16 year old young buck. And so I'm just thinking I was he he must have thought that I thought he was gay or something like, I remember being a 16 year old kid or fitness or I can I was younger, like 13 you almost don't want to be seen as guy and that is half. That's the problem, right? That that it's even a worry that you think other people externally are thinking you'll get Yeah, because there's no fucking problem with being gay. And sounds like he hung around was kind of looking at me and just doing some weird things. And then I walked out and we were walking out together. And I was thinking I want to ask this kid thought that I thought it was a woman's day. And so I asked it and what did he say? And he's like, I just I just didn't want you to think that it was a woman's day. I said what's the what would be the problem if it was a woman's day? It's nothing wrong with radio one day is a car. That's your opinion. Is it
5:43
that's your
5:44
opinion? Yeah, I just don't I wouldn't read that. And it was just Sweden direction I was like you know is actually not problem. And so it was just busy which is young and then we have a good chat. What do you talk about after that?
6:00
dies long die
6:03
been training? Yeah, it was it was really interesting,
6:08
but this is definitely not selling in gyms for me. No, I know. This is
6:11
my point that I've i don't think
6:16
i think you go towards it. I think that there's a all these things that are happening. How do I avoid it? I have a few rules. I'm not showering at the gym. Yeah,
6:28
I know because you what you're worried about Anaconda
6:30
now I just like these germs that's part of it. Which is like it's like do you wear thongs know when you not
6:39
never?
6:40
And so there's that Yeah, and then there's so do you bring your own soap?
6:45
Oh no, because there's soap dispenser it's not a big so
6:48
you don't get the peak? So it's like a good of fragrances to it.
6:53
It's just some brand that
6:54
I've got so I'd want to bring my own coconut one that I like so I need to bring that back Yeah,
7:00
well I it was the time where I realized like I guess you're totally right I go to ward and I asked him because I shampoo It is like a shampoo slash
7:13
there's no such thing is serious there's a slash like motels or whatever if they ever doing that it's actually
7:20
it's all marketing is what you say you wash your hair with soap you can wash it with whatever soap
7:25
you just said oh but always feel story after that do you think Oh no, I just
7:29
that is that is shampoo until you condition a baby boy that's when you get in that suit and soft hair we either definitely not conditioned doesn't come out feeling super soft. How does that actually happen by the way the conditioner How does the condition that make your hair so silky
7:42
well because it's just like it's made of different things
7:44
yeah but how
7:46
and I'm not sure but I think that the
7:50
yeah the gym thing gives me anxiety but what about you got you're going towards towards it? I just wouldn't have I probably went he said awesome Woman's Day and I think he would have said that because I wouldn't have been making any eye contact so it just never would have come about
8:06
yeah my you like they're a dudes like you that are at the Jews like me I can't do like you that are at the gym so awkward. Don't want to like around like the social situation around a bunch of people don't know you're not giving any eye contact and it puts off a vibe and I know the opposite does puts off a vibe to for the guy that I balls you look standing around at conferences fuck man. Did you say?
8:30
Never say that? I wonder if he's got it. That's a compliment, though.
8:34
Okay, so the dude who I'm talking about that was in the bag. He got kicked out of another fitness first. Because of how weird he was. He does have the weirdest things. How do you know this information? A big
8:47
Now I know why I didn't mention the gym brand up front.
8:51
I know it doesn't really get kicked out. He. So my mate Tommy day went over and helped him. We were training together and then he goes over He's like, Can you help me? And we go over Tommy goes over and helps him and then sort of decides to just let him suffer a bit as a spot is you just sort of assist in case they really fair. He got so angry because he lifted but he didn't do it the right way. And then he told off my maid for help me Matt and we just wonder if there's a connection that chicken or the egg? We're having a big like an abnormally big penis. Yeah. Does that make him? I don't know. Maybe there's pulling some oxygen from his breath. Yeah, he's seriously he's an odd dude. Like he's, he does some of the weirdest exercise you've ever seen. And he could potentially have something going on again. But so there is a bunch of guys like that. And they do it like they still get there. So if you would like they get to the gym they do. I don't think you want it to cripple you.
9:51
I had a mate who went towards an awkward situation the other day. Yeah, went to subway. And there was an older guy making his sandwich my mates a bit of a German phobe. And the old guy was sweating profusely
10:11
and the sandwich is like really sweating and my mates watching the guy's sweat drip on to the subway sandwich that's
10:22
got to the end of the line. Am I made said I'm sorry. I can't have that.
10:28
No, I think he's fine. I think that is I mean it's confronting to say so confronted
10:33
you i think you know, I definitely by I probably I probably I'd be like I don't want anything to be awkward. Instead, please throw that in the being the watch nights under warranty, and they get fixed. But the No, definitely I'd be like You know what? Every asshole is going to be weird about this guy. I'm gonna sit closest to the guy so he can get my line. I'm going to eat the whole fucking sandwich that's what I would do is to make him feel better
10:59
but I don't know you would think that like there were so many people that it's like people who smell they don't have them don't know you're in this world like I had training people in gyms you see the best of it and by best I mean the most extreme cases of it like I had one client that had probably done a shot and on he's white pants at the back was all brown it was a bit bread and like he's just wore them a couple of times like didn't wash it stunk like that. I mean, I'm not like some you know, grooming dude who's always smelling great but as I have a gauge of when I probably stink a bit I hope
11:37
so. I hope so please tell me if I don't what it were so the gym The thing is the gym for you is the prime location for you. That's where you like you really comfortable Where is somewhere where you think that you feel a bit more out of place?
11:53
No it's like I there is at there is a feeling of being uncomfortable in China and like I'm I understand I'm not some dude there are guys that walk around just completely note like they're the ones that are probably should be comfortable. Like I still feel levels of the gym
12:08
but the you know the gym you sort of you've been you've been there enough? Yeah, you gain some sort of Yeah, I guess yield to it. Yeah, yeah. Where is something that you just hate? Going to? That gives you anxiety?
12:21
No, I don't have many I don't you know me I like my mood varies. And if I'm feeling that sort of insula in my head, it could be just seeing people I'd be school if you went to school do you think you'd go to school this are going to a school now. Now because it's different context now, but I The problem was when I used to get cold sores, like I haven't gotten No, that's not a theory. Now I still got the virus bro. I'm still
12:52
still is the title of the
12:54
show. Still got herpes. It's living in the spine.
12:58
That's actually not unusual in that regard. That's where it stays You know, I think
13:02
that's where it in the spot. Oh, anyway, I so I got them severely when I was young. This show many photos my brother even worse, like, baby phone like not baby like young you know? 456 School photo
13:15
you had them as a like that young dude, can
13:18
that was your source of anxiety like that was my source of insecurity as a kid? Did your mom give it to you or something? can that happen? Now mom doesn't get them that doesn't get them. I just
13:26
always assumed the way you get them is you make out with someone not like
13:30
that. If you are catching cold saw via somebody else, like that other person is a complete fucking asshole. Because if you've got the money and let the last thing you want to do is kiss and when you've got one on your lip, you totally know you've got one. How do you get it
13:45
when you're feeling like you're amongst
13:47
this is the thing is you probably born with it. Yeah. So it was you could have it now. And you don't know it's dormant. So it's dormant and then it kind
13:55
of how can we can we test for it? I wonder I'm sure we could I'm sure
13:58
yeah, but maybe but like he I remember. Like, I just remember this one moment at school we used to have to put So back in the day before like the virus came out, which is one of the brands and then before family, which is a tablet that you can now take all this shit didn't exist. And so we had like medical swabs. So the idea was that you got a medical swab, and it's just a little square and it sort of got alcohol in it smells like full on alcohol, and you rub it onto it. So your purpose was to dry it out. And this is what we the medic, like medical doctors would suggest you do is a note suggested nowadays. I didn't know I did see, I'm Zoe foster Blake. She hatches was no I will she was using
14:47
nail polish remover off. And so there was all these people going. Do you think it's irresponsible for Zoe to be suggesting?
15:00
In the shame shame was for Where else? The shit the little girls have a good
15:05
year on Facebook. So this is this is a so you're on Facebook.
15:09
It's actually Instagram, maybe. And then I saw it on their Facebook
15:13
find that because I I retired from social media in November. Yeah. But between the two of us. Yeah. I'm way more likely to be the shameless forum guy. Yeah, totally. And so what's happened is with Mr. 97, finding a date, and through that connection with shameless, you've connected up to their Facebook group. Yeah. How much are you? Do you feel like now your world is starting to become like a you knowing a lot more about married at first sight?
15:39
Well, I've been very close to commenting.
15:43
Really?
15:44
Oh, yeah. I have held back. I'm glad I want to do it. Trust me.
15:49
Because the comments are always going to be if you're commenting, yeah, you've got something to say. And it's probably
15:56
well as one of the comments. So there was a video posted marriage at first sight, this silly show in Australia, that is so fucking huge. And it's, it's, it's crazy at the moment anyway. A video came out from one of the radio websites in Australia. Yeah, of all all of the TV ads, that the people who are on married at first sight have been on. And they're like, Guys, we knew it. They're all actors. And our and our guys, have you seen this? And people are writing this a lot. You mean that you actually think that these people on these reality shows are there for anything other than trying to get famous? And that's what they'll probably doing? It's not?
16:37
It's not? Yeah, it's not the thing where it's like maths, specifically, opening up agency books and trying to find talent. Yeah, it just so happens that the type of attention seeking motherfucker that are on maps have also probably tried to.
17:00
On all the other stuff,
17:00
I think you'll find a connection. If you went into any of the people that are on these reality sites. Maybe they got an Instagram account, they're trying to push the way the bane or with an agent. It's always the case. And so yeah, that was the closest thing I was like, You guys really think I would never ever this because I realized that on the show. And you guys realize how silly this? No point. Yeah,
17:22
but yeah, I am getting worked up. I would maybe I enjoy. Maybe there's something you could engage in one comment. That would be fun. Hi, girls.
17:30
I was at the gym last night. And I sort of had a condo and say what and get people's live on it. What
17:35
do you do? Yeah, well, we I don't know if you'd have to late you probably only feel comfortable with you. writing comments not leading a post. Yeah,
17:44
definitely wouldn't lay the phones. I didn't know it wouldn't even know where to start. I haven't ever watched an episode of those of
17:49
you don't have a tape. I
17:50
don't have a tape. I watch The Bachelor five years ago when I live in chiptune that was one of the requirements for breakfast radio was to
17:58
be across it. All right. had mentioned that. What's the we got an email from
18:05
3d deal? Yeah.
18:06
3d deal. Do you want to jump me to write it out? Yeah, I actually haven't read it at all. I've read it. Yeah, this is huge. There's there's a lot of Do you want to what is what's the what's the main bits of the long bloody email.
18:18
So basically, we've got the the keyring, cult, and the keyring that we've decided to go with that we're going to have made for a select few. There's currently five that we've accepted and open the doors to the key ring is a squeegee. And you would understand if you listen to Episode 13 or across the 290 or do we 789 98 298
18:43
you will have heard this so I won't go into it. But three day deal. He is a designer and he's mocked up a design of it and now he's almost into production phase
18:54
emails. He lives in Canada. Yeah, the best bit which is I'd love to come Australia and hand them off in person. I'd like to make that a project in itself Josh I took your advice and checked out a Canada flights. I'm currently looking at booking a flight near the end of April. Okay, night. I'm in capitals, I'm committed to making it happen. Three day deal. So am I
19:20
yeah, this is
19:22
so and this this is such a this is an epic came out so I better go play thrones going
19:28
into like he's now going to stop printing them. He's been really meticulously working out how he can make them strong. So like, think about the keyring bit where it actually goes around the loop, there's a chance that breaks, but he's putting thought and detail into this. I mean, it's like if we make a video we don't make shitty ones because it is it is. It's it's what we do. We can't be saying to be doing shit stuff. And some
19:52
deals got some high end.
19:54
You like I know, it's his choice to come out here. Does it? I've done that. silliest stuff, have you? So I
20:01
think that's the thing. I think if deal, if three day deal, wants to hand them in person, and we can have him on the show handing him over.
20:12
I mean, it's we did go to New York City. Yeah. And for Seth for Seth Godin. And it was only like the day before. And I didn't ask you because I was like, I just hope that it's all going head. And you emailed him when we were there. Yeah,
20:26
not not I didn't want to annoy him I'd already would confirm the date and all that sort of thing. And then just the day before said hey, we're still on. Yeah.
20:33
And he wrote back I was like,
20:36
I was like my heart was is
20:38
really you really worried about it?
20:39
Well, I knew would happen. We going all the way I like I would choose the optimistic view of it if it didn't happen, but I really wanted it to so I didn't want to put any stress onto it sounds like it's gonna happen. It's gonna happen. And so Dylan 3d deal ready to deal gonna happen. Yeah,
21:00
absolutely. Yeah, we should definitely. We should. I mean, the question I have these getting, can you get them through customs? Yeah. Well, like, it's not really commercial quantity should be fine. I feel like we need to work out what the costs of making the mass yet and be paying for all the materials. Yeah. Those bits and pieces to look after deal. Yeah. Well, I mean, he's got flights to pay.
21:25
Eric,
21:26
we promised that every week on a Thursday, Wednesday, time, sorry, Wednesday, he every time
21:34
Yeah, we'll have a quick chat. Yeah. Eric is our merican correspondent lives in North folk, USA.
21:42
And so he he was saying something about, I guess I should do FaceTime. Because that doesn't cost me money. Was Did he? Have you checked the bill? Yeah, I couldn't see it hasn't shown up yet. So be very interesting to see. What do we want headphones. There we go. Perfect.
22:01
I loved last week's episode with Eric.
22:06
You went Dave Scott.
22:11
You never know what we're going to get with Eric. I love it.
22:16
Here we go.
22:17
Eric.
22:21
What's going on? Mike?
22:23
Are you Oh,
22:24
wait, good. How are you? I'm doing well.
22:27
That's good, man. You sound super calm. What's happening?
22:32
What do you mean? What's happening?
22:33
I mean, it's not not a phrase. That's that's usually just seemed like very relaxed. Like you're absolutely exhausted.
22:43
I'm probably that. Yeah.
22:47
Can you explain what you've you've been doing for the last How long?
22:53
What today? Yeah.
22:55
Oh, so I rode a bike for 40 minutes. Yeah.
22:57
And how did you go? So it's, it's,
23:00
it was pretty interesting.
23:06
It was maybe 20 minutes, and I was like, What the hell am I doing?
23:11
And how many miles did you have to ride?
23:15
So the point is to do it for 40 minutes, and the next 40 days is kind of like a lead thing. Yeah. And I literally had something I supposed to tell you that I'm working on. I totally forgot about it. And then I went to go sit down and write it. And I can't remember what it was, but it was all like it.
23:32
But
23:35
the point is kind of two. So I have I have three issues that I struggle with. One of those is patience. The other ones is persistence. Yeah. And one is perseverance.
23:45
The three pays. Yeah.
23:47
And so that's what I'm kind of working on by this bike. I'm working on, you know, persistence. And now I'm sorry, I'm online. Its persistence, progress. and patience is what I want. Is that
24:00
right? Where did you hear about? Like, did you come up with these three pays? Or did you read it somewhere?
24:05
No, I come up with all my stuff.
24:08
I don't I don't use this material. Yeah, that's good.
24:11
I say that you actually may come up with your material on the toilet. I sort of photo you posted on here instead of you. On the toilet. I was hands down hands down.
24:22
This morning.
24:23
I didn't I it's your Phaedra is like one of the one of the posts in the last week. You had to pants off.
24:32
There was there was no To be clear, it was just we all could only see your pants down. We could say it
24:37
wasn't a God, the team situation. Let me
24:40
what happened? No. Oh, so uh, if you're talking about this morning, then the point of that was kind of to focus on I was chatting with somebody and they're like, they hate getting caught in a compromising position. Like everybody has to pull their pants down or they won't survive. Yeah,
24:58
everyone needs to shit. Yeah.
25:00
It's like you either have to wash your ass, those two things have to happen. And so it's like, it was kind of a metaphor to not allow those moments of what we would call embarrassment to be a problem. Because those embarrassing moments are what makes us better is what keeps us alive. Yeah.
25:18
What's area? What's the most embarrassing thing that's happened to you? That has had other people I guess most embarrassment comes when there's people outside of yourself that see it? Because I've had things that would be embarrassing that happened. I've shot myself in private. Not really that embarrassing. You do it in public? Yeah, it's the end of the world. It feels like what's happened to you anything?
25:42
Um,
25:45
I don't know. It is. Now he asked me Have I had an embarrassing moment, like, a ton of them is like, I can't really put into which one was the most embarrassing, but, uh, I think that, uh, yeah, I'm going to try to figure it out. Because I don't know,
26:02
what do you think about? Tommy was talking about my anxiety with the going to the gym? Do you get stressed out going to the gym? Or do you just walk in there like a boss?
26:13
And it's more about the people there. Like, the anxiety from being around people in that environment?
26:21
Um, so I, I.
26:26
Before we, before I answer that question, I just want to say that if you unplug this episode, do not call me back for another shot, because it's not happening. But
26:36
other than that, I have found that from listening to Josh and kind of talking to him, because you know, we have the private chats that he likes to publicize. Yeah. Yeah, yeah. Yeah,
26:48
I've come to find out how much we are alike. And a lot of how we how we attack situations, which is kind of weird. I don't know. Really, I remember my dad is Well, I think the mighty check that out.
27:06
But it's so it's kind of like, yeah, the gym part is kind of
27:14
intimidating.
27:16
I was thinking, I was like, I'm pushing 35. And I'm watching a lot of athletic people do things in their 20s. And I'm like, I'm almost 40 and that kind of like, I don't want to do it anymore. And then it's the other thing of what you should do it because then you can be like, No, I don't want to be the old guy that just happened to do something, you know. So I think Yeah, I can I can relate to your your. And so,
27:43
Eric, do you actually was like, Am I correct in saying that you go to like a more like a community space on a weekend and like, or at the front of a group of people, and you do a bunch of exercise? What's that about?
27:58
So
28:00
we have, the point was to try to
28:05
incorporate, or showcase how we can basically to bring the Josh Hansen Josh Janssen
28:13
out of the world. Yeah.
28:16
I don't know why I say Hanson, one of my friends was
28:19
handsome Hanson good band. Yeah.
28:21
But to try to bring those people out, do involved to kind of break through that anxiety or whatever it is that
28:32
that's the reason why they won't do it. So it's kind of like giving them their safe space. And that's basically what that's about. And so
28:41
with this with this riding challenge that you do, how long so you doing 40 days? Is anyone else doing it? And what do we need to get involved? We didn't need a bike, an indoor bike, what's the deal?
28:54
So for me, it goes back to the whole persistence patience and progress thing. I'm working on my my IPTV video, because, you know, now they allow you to put it right to your feet now, you know, that's awesome sauce. No,
29:07
I didn't know that. Let's go. Yeah.
29:09
Um, which by the way, they're going to be next person to start paying creators, so you might want to get on there. I'm here, folks, for something happens. Um, that's my Gary Vee for the moment. But
29:23
um, it's in the in the Insta, or in the ITT video that I'm working on.
29:31
We We did a lot of posts today about business. And I've talked to a lot of people who either do career marketing or whatever the case may be. And I don't have time to go into that. But the point of the whole thing that I'm learning for the bike ride is people want to see you doing something.
29:46
And most folks would gravitate to what you're doing. I don't have to sell you, I don't have to market to you. And I have to woo you. If I just show you something, most folks will like that. You have to know, just like it because it like man, that dude is doing awesome. Well, shit. Let me gravitate to that. So that's kind of the point. Now for all of this fitness stuff is it goes back to when we first started talking. We gotta show this stuff can be done. Yeah. So this is day
30:12
one. So you're going to be doing this for 40 days. Have you got a calendar or something that you crossing them all out?
30:20
I have a calendar. Yeah.
30:23
It's on my phone. Because you know, we're us millennials. We do everything by digital age.
30:29
And I am also inviting people to like, do it with me, because not necessarily do it with me. But like, like today, I had a buddy who is a gospel funk artists. And he came on we're going to talk like maybe twice a week during this.
30:52
And we talked about his life and also the good stuff that's going on. And so that kind of helps me get through it. Because like I said, I looked down like 20 minutes, like god damn, I got 20 more minutes of this. But as we began to talk, and I began to really get my mind off of the fact that I'm doing this, on to the conversation that we're having it made it go by a little bit faster. So that's why I'm bringing people in to kind of help me get through it and power through it. Especially when I turned the bike up. And I'm not pedaling like I'm to. I started having like, um, yeah,
31:24
oh, she will share it on it was shared on Insta story. So if you tag us, we'll put it up there. I like it.
31:29
The I think, Eric, your point of getting the Josh Janssen out of their homes and into the public is great, because I don't think it's when you feel these feelings of the gym. It's like there is a there is a school of thought of leaning into that. And just experiencing that feeling. But doing it anyway, like helps. There's always times in life that we're going to feel sheet or anxious or about situations. Yeah,
31:54
I do like the idea of doing it in the home. And what's the thing that Eric said?
32:01
Oh, that's what I want to get like, Yeah, I would like an exercise bike, but you can always a risk. Yeah. Eric, good luck with it. Thanks for
32:12
Mr Janssen
32:14
and our and our next fireside chat. Yes. or FaceTime chat. You know, we do these once a week. We just got the wall yesterday congratulate.
32:24
You know, we've already consummated your new apartment.
32:28
But we have talked about my idea because I you know, I would be nice to you. And I'm not going to treat the people and call you out in public and tell you that I'm going to ask you to run a marathon. Yeah,
32:38
I could. I could do that. 10 years marathon in 10 years. I like the long ago. Love it long ago. Yeah,
32:47
that'd be three and 10 years. Okay, perfect. Yeah,
32:52
we're going to talk about that. We're going to plan that out. We're going to strategize. Yeah, we're going to over under anxious in the gym. We're going to be marathon runs you and me. We're gonna run through the mountains. What do you say? Yeah, I like it.
33:03
Moving to Norfolk. Yeah, I think we should we can face time as we run together.
33:10

33:13

33:19

33:24
is a really? No,
33:25
no way. How cold is it? It's 37 degrees.
33:30
What's that in Celsius? Or? Yes, that would be like it's still pretty cold.
33:36
It's not snowing or anything in Celsius is hide your penis. It might fall off.
33:43
So it's
33:46
alright. Thanks for the weather up
33:48
by your penis won't go up.
33:51
All right, Eric. Thanks. My thanks for the chat. You're I think your blood sugar is extremely low from all the riding to which happens to me make sure you have some fucking iced tea and chill the fuck out for the rest of the day.
34:04
I'm going to bed. Yeah,
34:05
good idea.
34:06

34:14

34:25
he's content for the show.
34:26
Ya know? Well, that's why maybe it maybe I'm potentially all my face time. You didn't tell
34:32
me you gave him a tour of your apartment. I
34:36
might have means like, had sex and
34:38
yeah, you might have had him.
34:42
Get that you didn't actually have sex with him? Oh, yeah.
34:45
That's what it was. That was an
34:46
episode. What you'll get from Eric. Yeah. Last week. There was something on the wall and this way. Yeah. Well, it's all making sure.
34:53
Yet last week, it was slavery. It was all that sort of shit. serious. I like touching base. Yeah.
