Before you take a side, take a seat.
In Guns We Trust is the first feature documentary from the team behind The Daily Talk Show. Directed by Josh Janssen and starring Josh and Tommy Jackett, it follows two unarmed Australian mates travelling across the United States to ask the people who live with guns what they actually think — and to listen to their answers.
What the film is
Across 76 minutes, the film sits down with people on every side of the debate — including a Route 91 survivor, a self-described "most armed man in America", a Texas sheriff, and a former FBI agent who built the Bureau's active shooter program. The rule Tommy and Josh set themselves is the same one that powered 1,022 episodes of the show: no agenda, no side-taking, just honest questions and real listening. Everyone speaks for themselves.
It's warm, it's funny, and at times it's hard to watch.

If the show meant something to you, this is the same two blokes doing what they've always done — having the conversations most people avoid. We'd love you to watch it, and to share it with someone you disagree with.
